The do's and dont's during pregnancy

Hello

Hope everyone is enjoying there day today's topic is whats good and bad during pregnancy. During your 9 months of pregnancy it's important to keep yourself healthy because what you eat and drink the baby or babies do to. So for instance drinking a lot of alcoholic beverages isn't good for the baby because thier lungs arent fully developed yet. I'm just going to name a few dont's during pregnancy your doctor will tell you more.
  • dont smoke, drink alcohol, or do drugs during preganancy
  • dont exercise for long periods of time.
  • dont consume to much caffeine.
  • eat eat too much junk food.
  • dont eat to many fried foods.
Futhermore during pregnancy taking care of yourself is vital to your health and the baby. Some women experience weight gain and weight lost. So if you think you aren't gaining enough talk to your doctor to discuss a plan on what to do about it. Also before pregnancy some people know they are pregnant and some don't. I was 8 weeks pregnant with my son and 6 weeks pregnant with my daughter and I didn't know I was pregnant neither times. I wasnt sick or feeling and signs or symptoms so thats important to take into consideration. Another thing is that some women have a period and still are preganant, its crazy but its true. My advice to do during prganacy is
  • do eat healthy.
  • do take prenatal vitamens.
  • do get plenty of rest and sleep.
  • do try to keep yourself stress free.
  • do go to the hospital if you experience any pain what so ever.

I'm not a doctor I'm just giving my advice and experinece on what I know from my preganacies. It's also important to that that every pregnancy is different. So take care of yourself and during the 3rd trimester get plenty of sleep and rest because you are going to need it.

Regards,
Renee

Siblings

Hello Everyone,

Today I will be discussing siblings. if you have siblings then you know sometime you fight and argue but you still love each other. I have an identical twin sister so I was never alone. We like the same things and have much in common. We are older now but much is still the same except I'm a mom of 2 and she doesn't have any kids yet. My son is 7 years old and he has always wanted a brother or sister since the age of 4. When I became pregnant with his sister he couldn't believe it and he was very happy.

The day I gave birth he was there and he held his sister and he talked to her and smiled at her. That was a moment that I will also treasure. Well fast forward she is 9 months old now and crawling and trying to walk. She is always crawling behind him and going in his room knocking his stuff down. He gets mad at times but they do a lot together he feeds her and watches cartoons with her. I can tell she loves him because when he gets home she gets excited and she smiles and laughs with him. I thought he wouldn't want to share his attention and me with someone else but I was wrong he understands she is a baby and needs little more attention than he does.

If you have a child and are expecting another try to balance the attention for instance letting the older child help with feedings, baths, and other things. Trust me they want to help. There is a big age gap between my children but they adore each other and hopefully that will carry on into adult hood. Don't worry your child will adjust to a new baby.

Regards,
Renee

Complications during pregnancy

Good Evening,

I want to discuss complications during pregnancy. During pregnancy there could be complications. I'm just letting you know from my experience with my 2 children, who are 7 and 8 months. Everyone is different some people have complications during pregnancy due to several reasons some are high blood pressure, pre-clampsia, diabetes, or genetic diseases. So there are many reasons a woman could have complications. During my second pregnancy with my daughter I was in labor 36 hours with my son it was only 7 hours. It's said that second pregnancy labor lasts longer. In addition with my daughter she was small, she was 6 pounds 1 once and my son was 7 pounds 7 ounces. My daughter was worried about her weight and my placenta.

I had an amniocenteses done. This is where they stick a needle in the abdomen and take some of the amniotic fluid surrounding the baby. This was to make sure there were no birth defects. She didn't have any thank god and she is healthy and beautiful. I went through my first pregnancy with no complications and my second pregnancy I had complications. So every pregnancy is different. Also with my daughter I had nausea through my entire pregnancy and heart burn. For the heart burn the think that really helped me was eating peppermints. This soothed my throat and it really helps. For the nausea my doctor prescribed me some pills that tasted gross but that were great.

Futhermore during my pregnancy I had 2 unrinary tract infections and bladder infection. I thought they were the same but they arent. The whole time I was pregnant I read a lot of books and shopped on amazon. Once my feet started swelling I prefered to shop online. I read a lot of great books about babies, eventhough I'm a mom I still have lot to learn. Well thank you for reading.

Respectfully,
Renee

Brestfeeding and Weight gain during pregnancy

Hello All,

Today's topic is breastfeeding  and weight gain during pregnancy. A doctor says that breastfeeding is the best thing for your baby. In my opinion it has its pros and cons. The pros are that its nutritious and has all the protein and nutrients your baby needs. The con is trying to get your baby to latch on to the nipple. Also with breastfeeding the breast gets engorged and sore because of it. I breastfeed my 8 month old for 3 months. It did help with our bonding and brought us closer together.

My daughter is currently on formula I'm sure some of you moms have heard of it the Gerber Good Start Gentle, which is a very good formula and she enjoys it. You can go to Gerber.com to check it out. They give tips, resources, and advice about your baby. It also gives information about the different stages your baby has from birth to 5 years old I think. Weight gain during pregnancy was hard for me because during pregnancy you crave different foods, which aren't always the best choice.

I craved burgers, ice cream, and candy. I think if you just take your prenatal vitamins, exercise, and eat junk food sparingly if you can lol I think you should be okay. Another thing is to remember that you are suppose to gain a certain amount during the pregnancy. If you gain to much or too little you can put the baby and your self at risk for different things. Hopefully this information was useful its just from my own experience. I appreciate whoever reads this and thanks for stopping by.

Renee

Welcome and Hello

Hi,

My Darlings
I'm Renee and welcome to my blog. First off this blog will be discussing baby topis. As a mom of a 7 year old son and 8 month old daughter it gets tough but as parents we get through it. I started this blog just to give advice and talk to other parents about thier children and my own. I have experience in this area from being up all night with no sleep, from them being sick with a cold, and colic to name a few. I'm a stay at home mom and a student. I think I can help mom's to be or people who have children already. I just recently brought was a good read because the site offered a lot of products for moms to be and other products if you would like to check it out click here.

Its totally up to you but the book I read was about getting fit after pregnancy it helped me out a great deal. I was 40 pound heavier than what I was and I didnt like it. The book offered a lot of useful information and I lost 15 pounds!. Its summer so I wanted to be able to wear my swim suit again (lol) I added the photo of my kids to show that my blogs are from me and I'm writing from the heart its nothing fake imitation If you are a new mom I think that the book would really help so if interesed click here.  As a mom there are endless topics to discuss so I'd like to share my thoughts if you want to comment you can it's greatly appreciated.Well I will be writting many more blogs and discussing many more topics so everyone have a great night and weekend.
